Seller’s priority: To get best deal (highest price).
Buyer’s priority: to get best deal (lowest price).

- Our goal is to balance out best interests of both parties to establish a deal structure both parties can understand and work with.
- Facilitation works with full disclosure to both parties so no hidden agendas.
- Facilitator leads both parties through the process determining what the company does, what the strengths and weaknesses are, and how the valuation is established.
- Then Facilitator assists in developing a payment structure to work with each parties expectations.
