David provides a strong commitment and personal drive to assist companies in maximizing the effectiveness, profitability, and benefits of owning their business.

Projects have varied from strategic acquisitions, to overall corporate mergers, successful divestitures, and management consulting solutions. Clients have ranged from oil & gas service companies to technology and Internet based software solutions. To assist clients implement solutions David’s roles have included being installed on Board of Directors, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President, General Manager, Controller, Advisor to the Investors, Production Manager, V.P. of Sales & Marketing, Alliance Development Specialist, and Venture Capitalist.

David has been consulting in various roles since 1992. "On site" project work has been completed in the US, Canada, and the Middle East. Prior to consulting for the last 15 years, David completed 15 years oil & gas industry experience in both the drilling service sector and the surface facilities production equipment sector.

Since late 2001 David has focused all his professional services around the Selling and Buying of businesses. Combining past consulting experience with the developed skills in negotiation and deal structuring has enabled a number of successful projects to be completed.
