His background includes independent business entrepreneurship, working with Business Owners in the buying and selling of businesses, assembling Client Corporate Profiles, mortgage financings and funding, business development for financial services, Project Leader for Private Investor fund for both commercial buildings and multi family units, as well as several B2B distribution and supply chain operations.

Richard has also worked with government officials and has a very strong sense of community.
