Ronald M. Kavanaugh

Ronald M. Kavanaugh has been completing business and securities valuations since 1991.

Ronald’s career experience includes the completion and representation of valuation studies in a wide scope of tangible and intangible asset groups including those of some of the largest and most complex Canadian Corporations.

Prior to undertaking a specialization in Business Valuation, he gained substantial experience over a period of nine years in personal and corporate Canadian Income Tax.

Ronald has testified in Federal Tax Court as an expert witness in the field of business and securities valuation.

Ronald is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (National Silver Medalist - 1995) and the Certified Management Accountants of Alberta (1985). He earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (1982) at the University of Calgary.

As a practicing Chartered Business Valuator, all Valuation Engagements undertaken are sanctioned in accordance with the Practice Standards and Code of Ethics of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
